Saliva tests: About 15 minutes after use, Lorazepam appears in saliva, where it may stay for up to eight hours.

Amount taken: Lorazepam may take longer to leave the body if the dosage is higher. According to this, the longer the clearance time for the liver will be. The more frequently a person ingests the medicine, the longer the body may take to detox from Lorazepam.

Frequency of use: When someone uses Lorazepam more often, their body might take a bit longer to detox from it.

Administration method: You can inject Lorazepam, but people typically take it orally as a tablet or liquid. Both oral and injectable forms of the drug have comparable effects, but a person’s body may process them differently.
